Current Turnaround Time
Once I receive your Breastmilk or Keepsake, The current turnaround time is 4 weeks.
Mailing Instructions
It’s super important to follow my mailing instructions carefully to make sure your milk gets to me safely.
Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. This email will include your invoice number and the address where you’ll send your milk.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, just send me an email at maegan@whitewillowrings.com and I’ll resend it to you ASAP.
Your order’s turnaround time starts once I’ve received your breastmilk or keepsake.
Breastmilk Shipping Instructions
To get started, please send 1 ounce of breastmilk. It must be fully thawed before and during shipping. If you’re ordering more than one piece, feel free to email me, and I’ll let you know exactly how much milk to send. Please don’t send more than 1 ounce.
For packaging, please double-bag your milk using breastmilk storage bags. Avoid using containers as they can leak and won’t be returned. Make sure to write your name and invoice number clearly on the outside of the outer bag. If there’s any leakage, this ensures the marker won’t affect the milk.
If you’re sending multiple types of milk, please label which milk goes with which piece of jewelry. This helps avoid any mix-ups!
Please don’t send your last bit of milk. I always take great care of your keepsakes, but accidents can happen in shipping etc... I never want that to be your last drops.
Use a USPS Small Flat Rate Box for shipping (if you're outside the US, any standard small box will do). Do not use regular envelopes or bubble mailers—they’re not secure enough for the milk.
Please also don’t require a signature for delivery.
Remember to include your full name and return address on the package. It's always recommended to keep your tracking so we can help take care of any thing that could happen in transit.
Please note that White Willow Rings, LLC can’t be held responsible for any issues that happen, like lost packages during transit. I also can’t offer refunds for shipping costs.
Your turnaround time starts once I’ve received your milk. Once received I will send an email stating I've received your breastmilk.
Fabric Shipping Instructions
For each keepsake you’ve ordered, please send a 1-inch square of fabric. We recommend sending just this small piece rather than the entire item of clothing, as things can sometimes get lost or damaged during transit.
Seal the fabric securely in a ziplock bag, making sure it’s triple-sealed for safety. Write your name and invoice number clearly on the outside of the bag.
Please note, any extra fabric will not be returned.
It’s important that your package reaches me safely, so please ensure it’s delivered successfully. Your processing time starts only once I’ve received and checked in your fabric.
Dried Flower Shipping Instructions
Please send one flower per keepsake. If you're including different types of flowers for a single keepsake, feel free to send them separately and clearly labeled.
When sending flowers, please note that the final design of your keepsake stone will be at the discretion of the artist, as we bring your flowers to life in the most beautiful way possible.
Flowers must be fully dried before shipping. Fresh flowers can mold, so if they're not dried properly, they will need to be sent again.
To package your flowers, place them in double ziplock bags. Be sure to write your last name and invoice number on the outside of the outermost bag for easy identification.
Please avoid sending your last remaining flowers, as shipping accidents can happen.
It’s important to ensure that your package is delivered successfully, as your turnaround time begins only once your flowers are checked in.
Seal the dried flowers in double zip lock bags and write your last name and invoice number on the outside of the outer bag.
Please don’t send your last bit of dried flowers in case there’s an issue during shipping.
